Should I call the IRS and inquire about my refund status? I haven't received the refund or communication from the IRS since my federal refund was accepted February 17th.

I filed my federal refund electronically on February 17th and it was accepted near the end of the day on February 17th. Turbo tax gave me the default estimated refund day of March 10th.

I've received no physical or electronic mail from the IRS. The IRS "Where's My Refund" tool doesn't give me information other than stating my refund hasn't been processed yet and there is no estimated date.

I additionally created an IRS account and it shows all my previous tax information but nothing for my most recent tax return and/or refund.

The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the new tax laws and extra stimulus filings, as well as unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown.  In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable.  Unfortunately, contacting the IRS will not speed things up, and they have actually told taxpayers not to call.  Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient.  Also see:
