Should I be concerned about refund advance email?

I received an email saying “Action required for your Refund Advance application” but I did not sign up for this. It goes on to say if the IRS doesn’t accept my file before Feb. 28th they won’t be able to consider my application. However, I know they accepted and I should receive my refund on Feb. 14th. So now I’m worried about this loan because I did not apply for it. Is this just an automatic email sent out to all customers or should I worry?
