on 2023 taxes should i put one of the sources in the garbage? 1099-int or uploaded 1099-int?

Yes if you transferred from last year and also imported the 1099 you might have 2 copies. You can delete the one that transferred over. It should be blank and waiting for you to fill in the amount.
