I have no Idea, my refund is going up 908.00 but I still have no clue, I faxed my documents about a week before I even received my letter in the mail.

I called this morning I'm at 8 weeks still no updates. They can't even confirm they received forms from both times I faxed. The lady was asking alot of questions like I was doing something wrong. I was like look I did what I was told. So she say she sent over referral to see what hold up is and if they can process my return. The waiting game continues she say give them 30 days to update my info call me are get a letter. I'm like wow really. If I don't hear nothing in 30 days give them a call back. This shit is ridiculous.

that is insane, another 30 days! you do have confirmation that they were faxed and went through? did you tell them that also cause I would be livid. Heck I'm already livid and I'm not even at 8 weeks yet. I keep saying no real process, this is why I'm constantly calling them.

@shaunte1v we are literally going through the same thing. Waited 8 weeks was told to wait another 6-8 weeks because they do not see anything in their system. It's super frustrating.
