@shaunte1v faxed our docs on 3/12 yesterday was 4 weeks and all they say is nothing has been updated but that doesn't mean anything to wait 8 weeks. The very first rep that told me there was an issue at the end of November told me it would only take 7 days for the WMR tool to come back up, well that was a lie.

I was just told that when you fax a 1095A that the process starts all over. I faxed in mine 2/14 and was told May 11th I'll have an update. UGH

@cloudrissaaa yes I have been told that as well, that's why they give 8 weeks because there may need to be changes. It's just weird that some WMR are updated and some aren't, some are getting theirs in 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and some are even being told they have to refax paperwork. Seems to be no real procedure going on.

I feel like they lost mine too. Its crazy. I'm over it never been through this over some health care bs.. I been trying to stay positive but its hard.

Shaunte1v absolutely understand.. in had this issue last year and when I faxed my info in 3 weeks later i had my refund.. i don't know what's going on this year ..i talk with someone today he said it's a 8 weeks process because it's being done manually .... April 23 will be 8 weeks for me .. he said by the end of the 8 weeks o should see something different on wmr

They also told me same thing oh don't worry that it doesn't say anything that it dont mean nothing maybe department is really backed up. And just because it haven't updated don't mean they didn't receive it. Then another rep says oh they should have updated at least to saying they received it. But give 8 weeks. Then one tells me I faxed before getting letter so that could be a problem. I told her well that's what I was told to do from IRS rep.

@aprilspringette who was your source? I still have received mines and mines is done. The it’s rep told me I have to wait 10-14 days for a letter in the mail to confirm my increase then after that I will receive my refund

Guys let’s just face it. They have dropped the ball on this one we all are saying the same thing. They got us this year. Lol we will all get them at the 8week time frame.
