If I did file my home taxes paid can I ammend this years tax if payment just received?

I needs to see what were all the fees taken out my return. I had selected the deluxe fee $59.99.

Huh?  Did you file?  Did you get the federal refund?  
Deluxe is 59.99 for Federal and 39.99 for state.
Then if you selected to have the fees deducted from your refund there is an extra 39.99 Pay with Refund charge plus sales tax.
