Why has SBTPG been holding people's refunds for over a week when it clearly says they dont hold refunds. When they receive them they process, take whatever fees, then release them. Yet they have been telling thousands of people almost 2 weeks now they have them and won't release until the day on our where my refund. They have 2/3 numbers they say you can contact them on but you can't. Only tax professionals can apparently. And the email they have listed does not work. Customer service when you could get Customer service is rude and unprofessional. And yall are going to lose alot of clients and money if yall continue to use them after this year.
