Sbtpg says funded but 3 days later still no direct deposit

Is anyone else getting the runaround from this bull**bleep** company and it's associate? I've tried to contact credit karma, TurboTax and even sbtpg and nobody has an answer to why I can clearly see that sbtpg has received the refund, taken out the TurboTax fees and then it even says direct deposited into the account number for my credit karma account and yet credit karma can't even see a pending deposit? I'm so close to contacting the BBB and possibly a class action lawyer cause this happens every single year!
