SBTPG checks forward mail

Does anyone know if bank print checks from SBTPG will get mail forwarded to new address if you have one in place?

If you have your mail being forwarded it will be forwarded ... it comes first class mail in a plain looking envelope so be sure not to toss it out.

Thanks I'm just worrying because the letter they sent in march never arrived so I had another get sent which went out May 13th and it has not arrived either so figured I'd ask for anyone here. TPG representatives on the phone its like 50/50 that say it gets forwarded and some that say it does not

Why did you not update your address when you contacted them ?

The tpg representative said they are not allowed to update addresses. The IRS has my correct address on file but tpg has the old one. So its just been waiting on a check till im able to have my funds sent back to the irs

Any luck on getting your check? I’m going through the same situation as you. I put the wrong acct number for my bank so it didn’t get direct deposited and I also moved in the beginning of this year and it’s been hell ever since. Can’t get ahold of anyone at tpg and They said they’ve sent it twice but I have not received it still!!! So annoying
