I am sure I am not the only one but since i was forced to buy the most expensive package because of a $1.00 crypto i am waiting for SBPTG to take the fees out and because of that i have not got my refund 2 days early like my bank (citizens) offers I got it last year 4 days early but this year they are saying in their website they haven’t received funds but when people call they say they can’t release till the 22nd which is not true because The IRs said the sent the money out last week and many other banks and prepaid cards already received their money So why is SBPTG lying to us and holding our money?
Has anyone received their money that’s waiting on them or are they holding everyone’s?
At the end of the day it comes back to turbotax because it’s the bank being used so it should be looked into before a lot of people leave their are so many forums about this already i’ve been a customer 3 years but this may just make it the last
