I solved my issue by downloading Adobe acrobat again, and once that was done, changed the program that the PDF tax file opens with. It was using Microsoft Edge, but changing it to Adobe allowed me to print my return.

Message on HP 8620 queue is that the printer cannot open the print file/
can you go on the joint screen take a look??

I solved the problem--TurboTax was not opening Adobe so I updated that and then the right process was opened for me to print. Thank you.
