Return rejected 8962-070

My return keeps getting rejected with the Rule Number F8962-070. I am covered under my parents health insurance which is obtained through a marketplace. I have marked no that I received a 1095 and it was rejected. I then tried marking yes and entering the policy number from the 1095-A from my parents. This was also rejected. I do not pay for the health insurance but my name is on the statement under covered individuals.

You need to enter the 1095-A form in TurboTax and enter your share of the premiums, based on how your parents completed their return. If they entered 100%, then you would enter 0%, for instance.

If your return still gets rejected, then the IRS will not accept it by e-file so you will have to mail it in.
