Requesting assistance to file 1040x

Hello, while filing 2021 taxes I discovered we were not receiving full credit for all our dependents in 2019 & 2020. Is there a service we have that can assist in filing the 1040x? I already filed them last 04/2022 recently received notice that they are rejected. I am afraid i don't speak tax and that may be why they were rejected;

No there is not a TurboTax service to help amend returns.  Sorry......that is a do-it-yourself thing.   What "full credit" did you not receive for your dependents for 2019 or 2020?   Please be specific so we can be more helpful.   Were they under the age of 17?  Did you enter their Social Security numbers?   And what was "rejected?"   Were your e-files for 2019 and 2020 rejected?  Please explain carefully what you did and what happened.
