My agi was rejected . There was no reason. What should I do? It was suggested I use $00000.00

For your 2017 AGI you don't use $ signs or decimals.  You can try just entering zero (just one zero) for your 2017 AGI if your correct AGI is not working. If nothing works for your AGI, you would have to mail in your return.
