I purchased the 2020 CD from a store. Still have the CD and .tax2020 file but replaced app with 2021. Would like to reinstall 2020 for possible amending but no longer have installation code. Also, can 2020 and 2021 be installed simultaneously?

The 16-character license code can be found on the front of the insert in your box if you still have it. If not, you can reach out to TurboTax customer support for assistance. Also, you can have both 2020 and 2021 installed at the same time.

Yes, I was able to reinstall the 2020 CD without the code and without removing 2021.
