Refused state

My state return was rejected. When it was rejected I realized I incorrectly marked the at risk box on my taxes. When I went in to correct my state return I was also able to fix the at risk box error I made originally on my federal return. The federal return was still pending at this time on my account page. My state return amount was updated however my federal refund was not corrected. I can now only see my corrected return on my turbo tax page, was this transmitted to the IRS as well ?
