Cannot get info on refund status from IRS Website.

Entered all required info on site but IRS say they have no

record of 2018 & 2019 both mailed within last 90 Days.

What do I do?

It take the IRS long time to process mailed paper returns, as well as all other letters. There is nothing we can do, just wait. You can call the IRS customer support number at 1-800-829-0922 or 800-829-1040.
