How long has it been since you printed it out and mailed it?   Hopefully you mailed the Federal return separately from the state return, since it goes to a different address.   We've seen users before who mailed both to the state tax agency and nothing to the IRS.   The IRS address to use depends on what state you are located in and whether a payment for taxes due is enclosed or not.  The address should be printed on the Filing Instructions in your return PDF, and which should have printed out with the return.

It takes 4 weeks after mailing to show up in this tool.   If it has been at least 4 weeks, and if you are due a Federal refund, do you find evidence with this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

When using the IRS WMR tool, be sure you enter the correct SSN and filing status.

Use only the Federal refund amount.  Do not use any combined total refund figure that includes the state refund.

Look at your actual 2019 return to get the Federal refund amount.  Be sure you are using what is displayed on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a for the Federal refund amount.

In the future, for peace of mind and some proof of mailing, this is why it's a good idea when mailing  things to a tax agency like the IRS or state to use a method that has tracking, such as certified mail, priority mail, etc.
