HELP! I AM IN REFUND HELL.
I AM WORKING WITH TURBO TAX ONLINE ON WINDOWS 10 PLATFORM.
FIRST, INTUIT HAS ERECTED VERY EFFECTIVE BARRIERS PREVENTING CUSTOMERS FROM DEALING WITH A HUMAN.
SECOND, IRS HAS SENT ME NOTICE THAT MY REFUND WAS SENT TO MY BANK ON MARCH 29, 2023.
THIRD, NEITHER I NOR MY BANK HAS A RECORD OF RECEIVING MY REFUND.
FOURTH, INTUIT HAS DEDUCTED FROM MY REFUND $95 AS THEIR FEE. THAT IS APPROPRIATE.
IN DISCUSSING THIS WITH THE IRS, IT WAS SUGESTED THAT THERE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM WITHIN INTUIT PROCESS THAT IS BROKEN AND INTUIT HAS FAILED TO FOWARD THE BALANCE OF MY REFUND TO ME.
LASTLY, I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO FIND AN INTUIT EMPLOYEE TO DISCUSS THIS WITH ME...sigh
What can I do to get Intuit engaged in helping to resolve this ?

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
