I trusted turbo tax  to do my taxes., everything was accepted and my federal was sent to the sbtpg to get the funds taken out for the job turbotax done.

Now, my bank cant find my deposit from sbtpg, and I cant reach sbtpg to get further info so my bank can track my deposit. 

I would think the kind of money paid to do my taxes it would not be so hard to reach somebody that could help me.

I've checked all info and it's all correct but my deposit cant be found. 

I need my money now more than anything. 

Can turbo tax help track my deposit from sbtpg?

TurboTax cannot track a tax refund.

For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

We the ppl trust that turbo tax use a third party that is trusted. The webpage is not working properly and when I put my info in on the number that I call, it's not accepted. So the call gets disconnected. 

Cant reach a person to talk to at sbtpg. And they have not responded back to any emails I've sent.
