This turbo tax is worthless , I did my taxes so I can receive my refund and I'm still geting in the prosses message this is the frist time I use turbo tax and belive me it will be the last I will no recommend enyone I know to these people, thay where helpfull on doing my taxes but after that , thay will leave you to figure out the rest all I got to say is tubo tax you are a **bleep**en joke , no respect for the business and no respect for your costumers the least thay can do is answer your call or question but that's to much for them to do at this point I'm fed up of waiting I may not know what to do next to try to get my refund but I will figure it out but what I do know is turbo tax you lost a customer and excuses my thoughts but ( middle finger to u tubo tax thanks alot a ND until never ( back to square one wish me luck people

If the IRS says it's still processing that has nothing to do with Turbo Tax . The IRS is taking longer this year because of Covid-19 .

You first posted on 5-16-2020 under your username Car-lin and have posted several times since--without ever giving any details about how long ago you filed your tax return or whether you e-filed or mailed it. Clearly you are frustrated by not knowing when your refund will arrive. You mentioned this is your first time to use TurboTax. Perhaps your expectations of what TurboTax does for you were not realistic. TurboTax provides do-it-yourself tax software so you can prepare and file a tax return more easily -- as opposed to sitting down with paper forms, a calculator and a 108 page IRS instruction book. TurboTax does not contact the IRS on your behalf, nor can TurboTax make them send your refund faster. Once you file your tax return, it is up to you to track it yourself, which you can do by going on the IRS "Where's My Refund" site.
Many refunds are taking longer than the 21 day average during the pandemic.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

Shut up mouth that took it upon them self's to send in my tax papers so I can receive a simulas check thanks to tubo tax I sit here still waiting for something beside it's getting **bleep**en prosses now I'm just stoping there this is irritating
