Refund using turbotax since we have no refund

I feel like we should not have to pay for all the BS we are up against

TT users are not the only ones who are waiting. The delay is due to Congress passing many last minute tax law changes; and throwing more and more tasks on the IRS, but not giving them any additional funds to handle them. The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the extra stimulus filings, as well as a few million unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown. Contacting the IRS will not help, and it has implored taxpayers not to call them. Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient. Also see:
