Refund Theft( more scandal proof added)

Turbo Tax and SBTPG are unlawfully holding people's refunds. The federal tax refund was issued 2/24/2022. Today is 3/29/2022. For over a month they have been holding $11,000.00 of my daughter's. At this point it is theft in my opinion. They need stopped now! Don't trust them with your taxes! They have now quit replying to the BBB as well. As you see there is no date of a cashier's check being issued. They will not talk to us. They will not let you speak to someone further up. They will not look into where the funds are. They said the bank denied the direct deposit and the bank said they did not deny anything. They are theives and liars. The irs should stop sending them money now! Do not let them screw over any more people.  Now we get a reply implying that the refund was intercepted. Not possible. That would have been done prior to the irs issuing the refund. The story just keeps getting worse. Any lawyers want to step in and help these people? For all we know our money is being sent to Russia.

The refund was not offset. As you can see in the photo provided. You clearly received the entire irs approved amount and disbursed zero of the funds. This is Theft! And your reply just supports the fact that you are all just being paid to cover up fraud. I hope you all get taken down by justice.
