refund the year after a divorced

I was divorced in 2020, filed as divorced and single. I filled 40 days ago and my ex husband has not filed yet. Is the IRS holding my tax refund till he files?

Your divorced spouse's tax return has nothing to do with you. There is more to it than just that. How do you know that?
