Refund Status

After an attempt to e-file my federal tax return which was rejected by the IRS I decided to mail my return in and use direct deposit. When I go in to check on my refund status I receive a message that there is no information available. Who can I talk to live at the IRS on this? Phone number to speak with a live agent.

Until your return rises to the top of the pile and gets opened and entered into the system your return will not show up on the WMR? tool and there is nothing you can do to speed up the process which could take 5 months or longer.
