I mailed my federal tax return March 30, 2020 using snail mail and when I check my refund status with the IRS, it's not showing that they even received the tax return yet. It says I may not have entered my information correctly, but I know I did. It also states that they can't provide any information about my refund and that I should verify my filing date and check with my tax preparer. What should I do now?
Is there a number I can call? Should I refile the return?

No, do not mail or efile it again or they will have 2 returns and it will take longer.
They are not processing mailed returns right now. The mail is stacking up in trailers at the IRS.
