Refund Status

How can I find out if the IRS received my mailed return?I mailed it along with my state return in February. I have received my state refund but not my Federal. When I go to"Where's my refund" on the IRS website,it says no information available.

I wanted to see what I did wrong. It says my taxes was excepted but it’s not showing on refund status. It says I’m putting in my information wrong and I know I’m not. I am trying to see if I need to fax or mail it to them??

@ahaywood - IRS service centers have been closed for 4 weeks due to pandemic and have not been processing paper.  10,000 of 70,000 went back to work yesterday
