I submitted my returns electronically 2 days ago and then my return vanished from your system. I have not received any confirmation as to whether my returns have been accepted or not. What is  of the statusm of my returns?

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Returns don't vanish.  That's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.

I have gone to the link you provided and it just takes me to the home page where it says I have not filed my returns with TurboTax yet which is false. I have the confirmation email but have no way to track the status of my return.
