I filed taxes and I'm getting "Refund Status Error". Information does not match. I checked Turbo tax and made sure I didn't do anything wrong. Nothing is wrong and everything was entered right. What does this mean?

When you enter the numerical amount on the Where's My Refund website, please ensure you enter the full value, before any fee deductions.
I did. No fees are being deducted out of the refund. I don't understand. Never done this before. Keeps saying refund status error. Information does not match. I checked what I filed with turbo tax and it is right. What do I do now?
Please confirm that if you filed a Form 1040, the Refund Amount you are using is from Line 35a and that the Filing Status you are choosing is the same as shown on the top of the form above your name and social security number.
It is correct yes mam
If you are and are still getting the error message, try calling the Where's My Refund automated hotline number at 1-800-829-1954.
