Refund request keeps telling me I input the wrong full name but I didn’t

Try going back to the personal information tab, clearing your name and re-entering it.  To get back to the personal information tab:

• Sign in to your account.
• Click take me to my return.
• Click the My Info tab, on the left side of the screen.
• On the next page, you will see a list of personal information.
• Click the edit tab beside the information you wish to change.

If you continue to receive the same error message after trying these steps, please respond to this thread for further assistance.
