Refund question

TurboTax approved me for an early refund, and the money has already been deposited into my account. However, the IRS app is now showing a message that part of my refund may be held for state or federal back taxes.

My question is: if that happens, will I have to pay TurboTax back the difference? Also, does the early refund come from TurboTax, or does it come from the IRS?
