So ive gotten my stimulus and atate but no federal refund my taxes were accepted via TT which i am anticipating suing..any feb 21 my retyrn was accepted on march 13th i called and was told i had a 45 day audit randomly beggining march30.. No letter generated no issues just wait it out.. Welp im way past that and still have no date and no refund. Wtf??? Ive called the local TAS i get no anwser or response or even a returned call back.. Turbo tax screwed aloy off ppl this was my first and will be my last time EVER..

TurboTax is a do it yourself tax service. Once you complete the return and submit it to the IRS and it is accepted, TurboTax has no other involvement in the process. 

Unfortunately TurboTax gets no information about the status of your refund.
In normal times, the IRS says that most filers get their refunds within 21 days from the time their tax return is accepted.
Many returns are taking longer now since the IRS did not process returns for a while and there is now a big backlog of unprocessed returns.
The IRS is currently not processing any mailed returns and is not taking any phone calls.

If you efiled your return, have you confirmed that the return was submitted by TurboTax and accepted by the IRS?

Obviously if i recieve my state taxes then it was recieved.. The website says proceccing and a date will be provided.. I def blame turbo tax bc of the simple fact almost everyone on hold filed with you guys.. It IS in FACT an issue with turbo tax.. Also. The irs is still.processing returns. But not the ones slid over to the side for no reason.. They had time to send out a **bleep**in stimulus check they can click a button and deposit my money im a single mother of 4 children this is ridiculous. Ive filed taxed for the past 11 yrs never have i ever dealt with this ibused turbo and bam. Its a whole issue . so yes i am suing turbo tax bc obviously your software has been flagged by the irs as to why so many ppl are having issues after using ur service..
