I payed $40. by visa card on 1/22. when doing my return I was told that I needed to up grade. On 2/3 my Visa card was charged $69. I do not think I should be charged both amounts only the $69. charge.
Please advise.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
