After filing this years federal tax I received another letter from IRS in spouse's name for an additional $1400 that wasn't reported on this year's taxes. That letter, dated March 2, 2022, was received March 20th. this means additional Economic Impact Payment of $1400, and negates my refund already filed with IRS. Also I don't know if this affects my NC state filing.
What do I do?

The IRS knows the payment was sent so they will adjust your tax return accordingly.
There is no need to amend the 2021 federal tax return.
This will have no affect on a state tax return because none of the stimulus payments are taxable income.
