I e-filed and IRS accepted my return on Jan. 29.  The "where's my refund" site stated I need to use ID.me in order to get a status of my refund.   I tried 100 times and it would not work.   I finally called IRS and got thru toward the end of Feb.   They acknowledged that they site wasn't working properly.  They "ID" me and said I would need to wait 9 weeks to get my refund.  It's been 9 weeks and the "where's my refund" site still says I need to Id myself!    What do I do now?

I would contact the IRS again.

It might be easiest to set up an account with them.
