Refund Deposit Fee from santa barbara tax group $20

Who in this world gave Santa Barbara Tax Group the authority or permission to take $20 bucks from my tax return?! I blame TT for this. You shouldn't be allowing them to rob us right in front of your eyes.
That is illegal. There were no mistakes or errors that they had to correct. I already payed TT all the fees. Are yall going to do something about this?

Did you choose to have TT fees deducted from your Federal refund?  (Remember that if you did that, you also agreed to an extra refund processing fee of $39.99 or $44.99 in CA)

@Vtrace Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

If your bank refuses the deposit from TPG, then TPG issues and mails you a check. The charge for this was disclosed when you signed up for Pay with Refund.

@Vtrace It's not slimy.  It's disclosed to you and you have to check 2 boxes that show the info of how much the fees will be and who handles the refund transfer.
