Refund charges

My refund had over $300 more taken out before deposit not including what I was charged to file through turbo tax. Will this missing amount be direct deposited to my account?

I got ahold of the people for tpg. The refund amount that they are talking about is the filing fee of 39/49 dollars. They said that the amount that is missing is coming from the irs and not their company. The IRS has been having issues with it all and if something is owed, the child tax credit screwed everyone I’m assuming, then they have had a glitch where it takes double instead of amount that’s actually owed or whatever. So if you had an offset of 2000, they could have possible taken 4000 on accident. I hope that makes sense. So now… WAITING ON THE PHONE for the irs. I thought I was going to be paid ahead and debt free. Guess not as of now.., 😳😳😳😩😩😩🤬🤬🤬
