Refund card

Filed March 17. Never got my card. There’s a random direct deposit on my w2 I never put on there which I assume is from the TurboTax card. But I can’t access the account without TurboTax card but they never sent it to me in the first place. I called all your numbers none of them work so what am I supposed to do. I’m starting to really hate TurboTax it’s caused me nothing but stress and multiple problems from the start. If I could get actual help that would be great!
