REFUND ADVANCE

I enjoyed using Turbo's refund advance until they started dealing with Credit Karma. I have tried to apply for it for the last 2 years. Each time, Credit Karma tells me they cannot ID me. When I called their Customer Service, they stated that they cannot help me, that it was the "software". If the government can ID me through ID Me, WHY can't they do the same??! TURBO TAX, you were my favorite tax software until you started dealing with CK. It was MUCH EASIER when you offered your own Turbo card for the ADVANCES. (I still have my old Turbo card and use it for other transactions). Please, if you could go back to the old way of doing the Tax Advances. As you can see, for the last 2 years, many people have been having issues with the Credit Karma software. PLEASE HELP YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
