Refund Advance

I filed my taxes and got approved for a refund advance. I was accepted by IRS on 01/24/22. I have heard nothing. I've tried calling turbo tax credit karma and first century bank I can't get any answers. I was forced to get the $39 edition I have never had to use.Can someone please advise me what to do?
