  • I paid for a tax expert, but I’m not receiving any expert advice. I’m receiving the same information that I can provide for myself by looking it up online. I need specific details on when my refund advance will be deposited being that the IRS has already accepted my return

    No need, the live help that was paid for has no answers either, seems to be a lot of copy paste replies, and they have no solution to the refund advance. Not being attached to my taxes that were filed. I’ve filed a complaint for investigation. I WILL NEVER USE TURBO TAX OR ITS AFFILIATES GOING FORWARD. This company gave false pretenses for a refund advance that was never properly processed with intent to gain business to benefit the company rather than the client.

    I got the email saying I'm approved then its not an available when you check out. From understanding and reading comments here, you have to check the $35 bank option then ask for the advance instead of last year you checked the 5 day deposit with Karma and then you had the option to check the refund advance. They are a hot mess. This is an issue every year for years so honestly because of that they are not trust worthy.
