Refund advance

I’m trying finish and file, but the Refund Advance option isn’t showing. I know they aren’t accepted until later in this month but I am usually able to still choose the option. I meet all of the criteria and have been getting the advance a few years now.

Yes I have read this information but it still doesn’t explain why the option isn’t showing on the file page, this is the first time this has ever happened, I’ve been using Turbo for 7 years. Thank you for responding.

I was able to get it working. Basically on the file page I had to click pay with refund, then click (no thanks) for the deposit options, on that next page it showed the option for the advance.
