Refund advance

I filed my taxes on the 29th signed up for the advance I was pre approved for then nothing!

Had to set up a credit karma account for the advance which I would not of done if I had of known of this fake bs about an advance.
I’m have read countless comments on here about all of this and I’m feeling the same as everyone else seems to be. I have not even received an email in regards to the refund advance.
credit karma and turbo tax really are screwing their customers over.
