Refund Advance

I applied for the refund advance and I really feel like it was scam. I have spoken to someone from TurboTax, Credit Karma, and First Century Bank. First Century Bank told me that they don’t have any application for me. Turbo Tax told me that that even though it said my taxes was accepted they had to be approved by an actual person. If I had know I had to wait until my taxes was actually processed in order to get the refund advance which is what I was told by the person from TurboTax then I would of never did the refund advance because once my tax are processed and approved it won’t be much longer before I will actually receive my full amount and put it in my own back account.

Refund Advance

Have you received an email stating when your funds will be available? You have to wait for your information to process. You won't receive a final decision of whether you are approved for the loan until after you filed your taxes.

Once accepted, you will receive an email with further instructions on accessing the funds. Check your spam folder for the email. See the TurboTax FAQ here for more information on your refund advance.

Please make sure the primary taxpayer information matches exactly the same as your Credit Karma account. Changing any information in one account like your password, phone number, mailing address or email doesn't automatically change it in the other account.
