Refund advance

I filed my taxes the 19th, they were accepted the 20th yet I still have not gotten my refund advance & it is now the 26th. Haven't received any emails about it. So where is it ?

UNFORTUNATELY YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AND WOULD LOVE TO KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS AS WELL. THIS IS BS! THIS LACK OF COMPENTECY HAS COST ME SO MUCH MONEY ALREADY.
