Refund advance

I applied for the refund advance medical credit karma account my returns were excepted on the 24th but I still see nothing in my Credit Karma card no money please help

Why does turbo tax say come back Jan for irs to approve my advance loan? Liberty tax , HR block and others are approving others and they are getting money
