Refund advance question

Are you guys going to change your refund advance product yet? I had a credit karma account and it was closed after your guys deposited a few years ago and caused me nothing but problems. It should be available via direct deposit for any turbo tax customer and we shouldn’t be obligated to deposit into any specific account

Sorry…TurboTax does not have any refund advance loans at this time.  For the past several tax seasons, there have been refund advance loans during January and February.  Those loans had to be offered to you, and no money was issued until the IRS accepted the user’s e-file.
