Refund Adv. Credit Karma verification

I use the same email for Turbo Tax and Credit Karma. If I choose deposit to Credit Karma spend it links me just fine. If I choose refund advance then it says I can't be verified. I tried this by accessing TurboTax through the credit Karma app and vice versa. It makes no sense that I am verified for E-file through Credit Karma but not when selecting advance. Turbo tax assist was no help, can't find a way to get in touch with Credit karma, verified all of my info, linked, unlinked , updated apps. I read this was a problem last year but first time I'm having these issues.  Any news or solutions I haven't tried?

You can reach out directly to Credit Karma on their Contact Us page.  Make sure you verify that the information the primary taxpayer information on Turbo Tax matches the account on Credit Karma.

You obviously didn't read my comment and just posted an auto response.  This is even more frustrating.  I have sane email for both services and used the service last season. Furthermore,  There's something fishy that I can be verified with credit karma if I don't take a refund advance, but get this error when I try to get it. Credit Karma ran out of money to front and is now trying to stall and make people wait it out. Turbo Tax blames Credit Karma,  Credit Karma blames Turbo Tax.  I've been with TT for 6 years and this is officially my last.

Yes I can answer this for you. This is a scam. I have successfully filed a lawsuit against intuit for not only charging me for a refund tax advance loan but everything that they are advertising about this is a scam. As soon as I opened the credit karma money account and signed my return and it was accepted I was verified but after that there was no talk or link or any indication of this so called refund advance loan. I have called turbo tax and was promised a phone call by a manager bug that never happened and then the other phone calls I placed the representative for intuit clearly replied that they have no knowledge of this refund advance bulk**bleep** that is promised. They want you to open this acct and once the irs accepts this you can no longer change where your refund is goinv that is how they get you. Now I have money going to a fake account that I don’t have access to. In addition to this tgd ITS just stated today that no one that filed a earned income tax credit or child care tax credit will get there refund before Feb 28th. Turbo tax and credit karma is a **bleep**ing hack. No one will help you tgeg act like they are blind to the huge ad that is posted everywhere offering this advance. They just got slapped with a 141 million dollar class action suit and credit karma was also hit with a 3 million law suit for FALSE ADVERTISING and for charging consumers for something they have no plans on delivering. Intuit is a Cowardly piece of **bleep** that hides to not answer to this . **bleep** these greedy scam artist I am goinv go shut their asses down

I shouldn't have filed. Luckily I skipped the advance, directed the money to my regular bank account. Here's what's crazy..my review has been pending since Friday morning, I helped a friend tho the day before IRS accepted return she got her advance minutes after filing. All I know is,  something definitely isn't right about all of this.

Credit karma wrongfully closed my checking account after I filed tax return with turbotax and did advance. Well turns out Credit Karma sucks!! State tax return was deposited over a week ago I confirmed this with officials from state of Montana and so i call Credit karma to find out what’s going on and they said “call turbotax “ and now turbotax said call credit karma!? Wtf !? Credit karma if you really did close my checking account last month then why would my state tax return be deposited in to my checking account with credit karma!? So u guys are keeping my state tax return!?

Same it's really bad when you have one of the employees on my shared screen fixing it on the advance refund them self on my screen so it was done correctly and approved then all out of the blue they say no advance and the direct deposit is with credit karma. I would have never used them if I wasn't told I was getting refund and this is another law suit coming from the federal government because why well I work hard for my money and they broke laws on false advertising again also didn't comply with an employees final call and doing the work on my file online them self what better way to prove they are fraud by having their own employee do the work and they didn't do what they said. Law suit big time
