Refund accepted but no status

My taxes were accepted Jan 27, 2020. I’ve tried to get an update on them, when I go to the IRS website to “where’s my refund” site, it mentions that there’s no data or record of my information. Anyone else having this problem? I’m not sure exactly how else I can check the status on my taxes.

If there is no record of your return at where's my refund  or you are getting the message "You may not have entered your information correctly",  an important factor can be if you are married filing jointly.  Make sure you are using the Social Security Number for the name that appears first on the return.  Keep in mind that once the IRS notifies TurboTax that your return was accepted we won't get any more information from them.

Here are some other common reasons why your refund is not showing at Where's My Refund:

This happened last year to a lot of people as well. Especially those claiming HOH. If you haven't yet try changing your filing status.

This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.
