Refile?

I got the text that my fed and state taxes were accepted. My file shows it was sent. Now here it is May 13, Turbo Tax sends me a letter saying for me to refile?

That makes no sense ... what exactly does the email say ? Is it possible you started more than one return in more than one account so that is the return they are saying it still needs to be filed ?
